Extinct Planet sells digital subscription access to website features, 3D viewer experiences, field guides, wallpapers, printable files, and weekly drops. No physical products are shipped.
Refunds may depend on applicable law, Paddle policies, and the facts of the request. Contact support if you believe there is a billing error or access issue.
Canceling stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved after review.
Digital downloads such as eBooks, wallpapers, and printable 3D files may be non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, subject to applicable law.
Payment handling and some billing decisions are managed by Paddle. Extinct Planet will help route support questions to the right place.
